We want you to love your new shoes, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original Tony Bianco box and secure it inside a mailing satchel to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at an authorized drop-off location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
